Dance Fitness

Gabrielle is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, specialising in dance fitness. Dance fitness is the strength and conditioning required to succeed in your preferred style of dance. It can be personalised to meet the individual dancer's needs. Dance requires balance, agility, cardiovascular fitness and full body strength. 

Gabrielle tailors fitness programs for each class based on fun and improving these key areas. Her programs focus on improving general health while improving dancing skills and technique. Classes are specific to each age group and skill level and focus on inclusive team fun for all.
