It's the traditional time of year for everyone to commit to getting fit. Though so many people fall off the wagon after a month or so. It's so important to find an activity you enjoy doing. Many adults write off dancing, opting for a gym or a personal trainer. But let's look at dancing for a moment:
Muscle memory: Yes
Power and explosive movements: Yes
You can work on all of these things by dancing. So why not skip the gym this year and just dance!
